Why Use Optima Homecare for your Loved Ones?

Your Loved Ones Are Important to Us...

Optima Homecare began delivering personalised care and support to people of all ages and abilities in 2000.

With a compassionate, dedicated and highly skilled Care Team, we enable those we support to continue living independently in their own homes.

We respect the right to an independent life

We ensure that your loved one can remain safe and secure in their own home and lead a fulfilling life.

We recognise that everyone is unique

We provide a bespoke service for our clients and match them with a care worker whose interest and personality are the best fit.

We think of you as a family

We want to make a difference in your loved one’s life and help them stay living in their own home.

We know you need a break from time to time

We provide holiday and respite care if you need to be away for a while.

Services Available to Everyone

Our home support services are available to everyone, whether government funded and commissioned through a Local Authority, through Direct Payments or purchased privately by individuals needing support. Whichever funding option is utilised, Optima Homecare will only deliver the very highest standards of care and support that improve quality of life and enable people to live with dignity, choice and independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Our team leader is happy to visit you or your loved one and talk about the specific needs and how we could help.

3 Simple Steps to Setting Up Homecare

Step 1
First Visit

We will organise a member of our team to meet you and your family. This visit is free of charge and is an opportunity for us to find out more about you so that we can provide a service that is most suited to your needs and at times that are convenient for you

Step 2
Personalised Care Plan

Working closely with you, we will create a personalised care / support plan that meets your loved one’s specific needs. A visit also helps us to identify the care staff that will be best suited to the role.

Step 3
Continuity

We understand the importance of continuity, and depending on requirements, there may be two or three care staff who will visit on a rota basis.
